Supportify wasn't built in a corporate boardroom. It began on the streets of South Western Sydney, out of a genuine desire to help our neighbours, friends and local families live well.
Why we started Supportify
Ali Jaber has worked in the disability sector since 2021. Navigating the NDIS for his own family, he grew frustrated with large, impersonal agencies where people too often felt like a case number.
So he built something different: a 100% NDIS-focused provider where every participant has a direct line to the founder, where support is shaped around the person, and where empathy always comes before bureaucracy.

Ali has worked in the NDIS since 2021. After navigating the scheme for his own family, he founded Supportify to be the provider he couldn't find — local, personal and genuinely accountable.
Today he still reviews every referral himself and follows up within one business day. When you work with Supportify, you have a direct line to the person responsible — not a call centre.
